What most people shy away from is fulfillment and inspiration for me: mapping the unknown and recovering treasures from it.
 
These metaphorical treasures are not in the safe comfort zone, the world and rules we know. They are out in the wilderness. There, where we know neither terrain, dangers, nor willingness of competitors to cooperate (for resources). A new business strategy is such a journey. So is a change process or reorganization.
 
Setting out into the unknown means danger. But it also means gaining knowledge and growth. Staying in the comfort zone means security, but also stagnation and loss of vitality. In this field of tension I work for my clients in different areas.
 
Managers call on me when it is a matter of,

• getting customers and employees excited about change and the journey into the unknown, orienting them, creating trust and providing them with reliable navigation tools and guiding stars,

• to find innovative solutions and perspectives outside the known organizational and system boundaries,

• to retell itself as an organization and become a successful magnet for its own future.
